LG is offering Proactive Customer Care one year extended limited warranty when purchasing qualifying models.

In order to submit a claim for the 1 year limited extended warranty, please follow the steps below:

  1. Purchase an eligible appliance model during program period.
  2. Download LG ThinQ™ app and create an account
    1. Connect appliance to WiFi
    2. Register the product and,
    3. Upload your proof of purchase
    4. Submit a claim for validation and receive an email confirming submission
    5. An email confirming the one year limited warranty will be sent within 48 hours as long as all of the correct information has been provided.

Registrations must be submitted within 30 days from the date of your purchase. All submissions are to be received no later than August 22, 2020.
